Because your item is custom-made exclusively for you, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind. By shopping this way, you are actively helping us reduce fashion waste.
How to Ensure the Perfect Fit
To ensure you get the exact fit you want, please check the detailed size guide featured on every product page before adding an item to your cart.
Please note that minor size deviations (less than 1 inch from the size guide measurements) are a natural part of the garment manufacturing process and do not qualify for a free reprint or refund.
The EcoBegin Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
To claim a replacement or refund:
Simply contact us at support@ecobegin.com within 30 days of your item's delivery.
What we need:
Please provide a clear photo showing the issue.
No return shipping required:
To further reduce carbon emissions, there is no need to return the damaged product back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will process your replacement or refund right away.
Lost Packages
If your tracking link shows no movement and your package is lost in transit, please contact us.

Claims must be submitted within 1 week after 30 calendar days have passed from the shipping date. -
For International Orders:
Claims must be submitted within 1 week after 45 calendar days have passed.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Free reprints are not available if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by you at checkout.
