2. Product Accuracy & Natural Variations

Our products are crafted from natural materials like raw bamboo and pure neem wood. Slight variations in wood grain, color, shading, and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted eco-friendly products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue items without prior notice. We accept payments securely via Razorpay (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking) and PayPal.

4. Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, bulk commercial unauthorized reselling, or if an item is unintentionally mispriced due to technical error. If your card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
