2. Our Sustainable Business Model (Print-on-Demand)

EcoBegin is dedicated to reducing global fashion waste. To achieve this, we operate on a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) fulfillment model.

This means that we do not hold pre-printed inventory. When you place an order on our store, your specific item is printed exclusively for you.

By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that your items will require a production period before they are shipped.

3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Because our production process is highly automated to ensure fast delivery, orders are sent to our printing facilities almost immediately after they are placed.

Modifications:
Once an order is submitted to production, the order contents (including the selected product, size, color, shipping method, and delivery address) cannot be modified.

Cancellations:
We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.

Customer Responsibility:
It is your complete responsibility to review your cart, check our sizing guides, and verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not liable for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally using a network of trusted carriers.

Estimated Times:
All production and shipping times listed on our website are estimated averages and are in no way guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high-volume seasons.

Liability:
We are not liable for any delays in shipping once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost Packages:
If a package is lost in transit, it must be reported to us:

  • Within 1 week after 30 days have passed (for US/EU orders), or

  • Within 1 week after 45 days have passed (for international orders),
    from the estimated delivery date.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is governed by our sustainable made-to-order model.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or color preferences.

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or have a manufacturing error, provided they are reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

6. Accuracy of Information and Product Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be perfectly accurate.

Because items are custom-printed, minor variations in print placement or color may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All graphics, logos, designs, and content featured on EcoBegin are the exclusive property of EcoBegin and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs or our Service without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall EcoBegin, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any service or any products procured using the service.
