Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process and pack orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays). Once your package is handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking link.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Remote or rural pin codes may occasionally take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹250: Free Standard Shipping across India.

  • Orders below ₹250: Flat ₹49 shipping fee at checkout.

Undelivered Shipments / Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please make sure your contact number, pin code, and delivery address are accurate at checkout. If a shipment returns to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability, we can re-ship it (re-shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund minus the actual courier expense.
