Our Eco-Friendly Fulfillment Model
At EcoBegin, we are committed to reducing global carbon emissions and eliminating the massive waste caused by the fast-fashion industry.
To achieve this, we use a global Print-on-Demand network. Whenever possible, your order is routed to the printing facility closest to your location to ensure faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.
Because your items are made-to-order, your total delivery time is calculated as:
Production Time + Shipping Time
1. Production Time
Every item in our store is custom-printed specifically for you.
Our printing partners typically produce and ship most orders within 2 business days.
Please note that all production times listed on our website are estimated averages and are not guaranteed. During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times & Tracking
Once your item is printed and packaged, it is handed over to our shipping carriers.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates, as shipping speed is entirely dependent on the carrier. We assume no liability for delays caused by:

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is valid and accurate.
If a delivery fails or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer:

We cannot offer free replacements or refunds

Reshipping the item will require payment of new shipping costs
4. Lost Packages
While rare, packages can occasionally be lost in transit.
If your tracking link shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at support@ecobegin.com so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we reserve the right to refuse a free replacement or refund.
